Though we may think of food in the simplistic form of just “taste,” all our senses actually come into play... from the artistic display of the master at work, the plate his canvas... with each “brush stroke” made the meal comes alive... creating beauty before our eyes... our nostrils in tune with a bouquet of fragrances and aromatics permeating the air... the excitement kicks in, jump starting the cerebrum, mainly due to the release of the hormone called “adrenalin,” our appetite in eager anticipation of the impending exploration.
