Patrick has a culinary arts background as his ballast, with his formal training at The Culinary Institute of America, where he graduated with high honors.
His philosophy? Simple elegance... his credentials have proven themselves. He is a purist in tradition, both in preparation and expedition. One of the keys to his success is firmly adhering to the dogma that "what you put into a product... you get out" or simply put, in order to produce a quality product you need to use quality ingredients.
