Hands down TERRIFIC!
We hired Chef Patrick for our NYE dinner for about 15 close friends. It was simply amazing and we have already told him the job is his for next year (hopefully he won't be too busy!). Thank you for taking on our event at the last minute, working out the menu details with us, and being impeccably professional the entire time! It was SO wonderful to be able to relax during our fun evening & not worry about the oven and presenting the dishes, etc. Patrick & his lovely wife took care of everything!! We are giving his information to our friends who do a lot of entertaining, and we certainly plan to invite them back in our home for special events. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

I used this caterer in 2006 for my husband's families Christmas dinner. My side of the family decided to caterer dinner in 2008. We had 6 women trying to decide on menus so it wasn't easy. Chef Matthews was very patient in his correspondence with my family and we ended up getting the perfect dinner once again. The main entree, a Beef Tenderloin was superb! He had several temperatures that it needed to be cooked at, everything from medium rare to medium well. He hit them all perfectly and there wasn't a morsel left when dinner was over. The sides were all fabulous as well and there is always plenty of food left for a second round when the gifts are all opened and everyone finds themselves hungry again. Chef Matthews is extremely affordable and for the quality and quantity I would recommend him for anyone's event. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Patrick's magic is "Simply Divine". A sensational Thanksgiving dinner of mouth watering turkey, gravy, dressing, and fresh cranberries. It was delicious and enjoyed by all. I can't wait to experience his magic again at Christmas!

A Culinary Delight
Chef Matthews prepared a special meal for my husband and I to celebrate my husband's birthday. This was THE BEST I've ever eaten, hands down. The Elk was PERFECT and melted in my mouth! The shrimp was perfectly seasoned and cooked so it didn't have the texture about it that I don't like - I didn't even notice I was eating shrimp because it just tasted so good! The soup was amazing and rich with so many flavors, as was the salad - tart and sweet and crunchy all in the same bite! The veggies were perfectly seasoned and the sweet potato mash was like eating heaven. Everything was so creative and well thought out - a taste from each part of the meal extended into the next course. It was sensational!

For Christmas I hired Patrick as a private chef for my in laws. With my father in law being a former chef, I know his standards are super high... so I took a chance and was COMPLETELY impressed with his professionalism and attention to quality. Christmas was Carefree
Chef Patrick catered Christmas dinner for my husbands family gathering at our home. The food was wonderful. He kept in touch and kept me informed. He arrived on time and brought exactly what he promised. The price was very affordable and the food tasted absolutely wonderful!! There was more than enough food and even some for leftovers ( which I was very glad ). I really got to enjoy my family gathering due to the stress free environment of not having to prepare and cook for 30 people. I found him on Kudzu and was leery because you never know about hiring someone based solely on reviews and not personal recommendations. My only regret with this caterer is I wish I would have known about him back in May when I had my son's graduation party! I will definitely be using him again!!!!
